It's way too cold to count calories today. I had to breakdown and buy a cup of hot cholocate this morning just to feel not so frozen while in training at work. It might mean another 30 minutes on the treadmill afternoon to get warmed up this afternoon.

Girl, don't give us it's "too cold to count calories" excuse, lol! A cup of tea works just as well, lol! Now get back to it. You want to look amazing in the Spring thaw!!
