Can you share any tips that worked for you in your health weight loss journey ? Did you cut certain foods out of your diet ? Restrict eating times ?

Restricted eating time? Yes! Sometimes when my regular diet doesn’t work well for weight loss after a while, I’d keep my eating time in 8 hrs and stop eating rest of the day. I basically eat everything, big fan of carbs (especially ramen and I know I don’t wanna quit eating carbs). I would eat whatever I’d like, just need to control the portion, and eat more healthy in my other meals. Try to listen to the signals from ur body, of course healthy food all the time is good, but our brain needs some little tricks to keep losing weights consistently. I hope this helps 😉

And if you ever over eating/craving for something, don’t blame yourself. Eat something you like and just eat better another day!!! It’s a long way so it won’t matter if you consistently work on it.
