First day of the week long road trip and I did relatively good on the eating. In fact real good since my total intake was less that 1,000 kcal. My expenditure side was up also since I spent 8 hours standing while I lectured.. All in all, a good day, just hope the scales are happy when I return home.

Yesterday, I started the Brazen Fit 24-days Ab Challenge. I just finished the crunches, leg raises and plank for today and so far it seems to be a piece of cake (metaphorically speaking of course). We'll see how long I last.

Thanks to everyone for supporting me on this quest. And remember, keep drinking the water.
