Upped the water intake (now 2.5L/day) and the headaches! However, went from 97kg -> 95.7kg overnight, so it was obviously something I needed to do. Pity all these toilet breaks are wreaking havoc on the HS.
95.7 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 18.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
