Okay, not catastrophic considering how my vacation went. I would be a mess if we had WaWa in my area.
Starting over! Going to do two weeks of a strict paleo diet, try to fit in some cardio, then start lifting again and start adding in more fruits and starchy vegetables (and allowing myself a bit of cheating).
