Flirting with the teen's. It's amazing when we look at little things and think how much we've accomplished. Three times within the past two weeks the scale has said something less than 220. This morning was no exception, because the scale read 219.5. That also happens to be my goal for Wednesday's weigh-in, if I can only stay the course until then I'll be one happy camper. Temptation is just around the corner however, for this afternoon I leave for a week-long business trip. I've set myself a mini-milestone for this week and I hope to report next Saturday morning a weigh-in of 218.0 Thanks to everyone for your support and keep drinking water.
