Another day and I'm still sick but it has moved to my sinuses and I'm not achy. Was hungry so i made loaded scrambled eggs. A lot of carbs right off the bat. So I will have to focus on ground beef for lunch. Will try to drink water every hour but don't think I will exercise today, still a little weak. I guess I don't have to go gung ho with the diet but at least try to stay in the boundaries to learn the WOE.
