Aq sih cm ngikuti apa yg dimau tubuh aq, klu mrsa loyo btuh kalori banyak mk aq mkn mknan kalori tinggi (makanan sehat) di barengi jg dgn wo, tp klu gak loyo mski mkn dkit dn cpt kenyang, aq batasi mknku & tdk wo. Itu aj sih 🙂
