Surprised I exceeded my goal. Worked hard to be there, but still a surprise.
I will say that I’m 100% sure it was because of my breathing technique efforts!!!!
I do water cardio HIIT. Basically means after about 2 types of exercise reps, I do fast pace jumping jacks to the count of 30..
I was consistently doing at least 3 HIITs of the jumping jacks, now that I’ve increased them to minimum of 5-6, COMBINED with equal breathing, I am 100% sure this is the reason I exceeded 1.5lb goal.
I’ve really been focusing on my breathing. Deep slow in breaths and equally slow long out breaths on my counts.
