Just finished recording today's food. What a shock, over 35% fat content. I've got to change breakfast to something with a whole lot less fat.

Breakfast is always a struggle for me too! I've been sticking to a piece of English toasting bread with peanut butter and a cuppa tea. 181 calories ... but there are days when it leaves me wanting more. I just bought egg scramblers (egg substitute) you can eat a pretty big portion of them and they are unbelievably low calorie! 25 calories per serving !!! I made an egg Mc Muffin out of them the other day and it was fabulous! One English muffin toasted, 1/4 cup of that egg stuff, I used an egg ring, a piece of Canadian bacon and a piece of cheese! With a glass of milk it was only 339 calories. And I've been adding ground flax seed to oatmeal when I have it. You can bulk that stuff up so much with flax that you won't be hungry for a year!LOL ... It really works!

Breakfast is my struggle too - Egg McMuffins or breakfast burritos. But I've switched to Oatmeal which is quick, easy, and delicious.
