My scale broke a while back and I didn't have the correct measurements I needed, so I let it go and didn't bother counting, however, I think I am going to start trying again. Pick up a new scale and take some pictures/measurements today to get back into it.

The scale is only a tool for us to use on our journey. I look for things I call NSVs or Non Scale Victories. If I feel like I have more energy, or those pants fit just a little better. Those are all signs of progress. Good luck to you!

I have realized that I have to ditch the scale because I get on a couple of times a day, and then get frustrated when I see it go up and down. I kinda wish mine would break. It is borderline obsession with weighing myself. Good luck to you, tomorrow is a new day. :)
