I finally got on the scale again 273. The highest I've been. It's been a whirlwind the last two weeks. I'll be honest my heart just hasn't been in it. I feel like I've been out of wack lately. I'm bipolar and my life has felt so out of control lately. Today is the first day in weeks that I feel grounded and somewhat in control...if that makes sense.
When ever I go home to visit I always go out to eat with my grandma and we get hot roast beef sandwiches. I saw a picture of her yesterday and that made me crave one so bad! I held off until this morning and made one for breakfast. It was so good. I feel so satisfied, but not over full. That's a new a feeling for me.

I too am bipolar and have my good and bad days...we just gotta do the best we can and keep on pushing , I know easier said then done..but im here for ya should you need someone....chime in with me anytime, Darlene

Maybe you could talk your Grandmother into finding some other uses for that roast beef. Maybe some roast beef marinated with Italian seasonings on a nice fresh salad?
