If I hadn’t stupidly succumbed to a gluten free muffin craving last night, this drop might have been more. I should just be happy the snack didn’t cause a gain...and move forward!

Yup, it happens. But a 0.2lb drop daily still amounts to 1.4lbs off in a week. :)
