I disagree... it's just myths.... eating eggs and fish which provides with multiple nutrients and protein is good to eat together

I am 75kg and I want to reduce 25kg... and everyday i consume 1800 calories as per this app instructed me to do. will this help me to those 25kg?

Diet is a must..but if u want to lose 25 kgs..it is possible but will take years.. exercise is as important as diet..no exercise..no caloric deficient..so no loss in weight..if u have a heavy schedule throughout the day..it's fine to just follow the diet..our body need to spend the calories we take in to reduce weight..that's all I know😅 hope I helped
