Not weighing in, and I didn’t track yesterday. We had a lovey feast of appetizers and treats...delicious but very high cal. Back on track in a couple of days, but will be reasonably mindful in the meantime. Happy 2021! I achieved a lot of fitness goals in 2020 and hope to continue to make progress, and to set and achieve new goals.

I always have a cheat day. It helps me stay on track

It’s been a cheat couple of weeks...but not everyday and not totally outrageous...except for a couple of days. I’m giving myself a pass for the holidays and committing to getting back to my program next week.
