I was 18.5 stone 3 years ago. and I've managed to get down too 12.5 stone with a 27.5% body fat. this has taken a very long time with quite a few set backs. I have been vegetarian for the last 3 years and switched to a vegan diet two months ago. it has completely changed my life. bursting with energy from the minute a wake up. I dont feel tired anymore. I burn fat very fast. I feel i can go on and on with exercise. I'm never bloated I always feel healthy. theres no going back now exercise and healthy eating everyday. #veganbeast
