Woke up this morning and was at 405! My arms feel like they are going to fall off from this gym thing but totally worth it if this is the result!
Biggest challenge today: I have class tonight from 4-9pm and I don't have anything to pack for dinner that is quick and portable! I'm going to try and make a salad to take with me but I feel like a trip to the grocery store is in order before I do. But I still have to go to the gym and run a few other errands before then. I'll post my food on my food tracker!

If you have to have "fast food," go through and get a salad. Just keep the dressing off of it and croutons. Subway is better than Burger King, Taco Bell, Wendy's--or any of that. You can get a multi-grain roll, have them tear some of the center out of it and put veggies on that (if you need meat, have the turkey). No cheese or sauce! LOL. It can be done. We just have to learn how to eat a little different right now. This would be a big "cheat" night for me if I had any of this, but hey, these nights happen!
