Monday evening and I had the best surprise today. I dressed this morning and as I was standing/teaching today I noticed I kept pulling up my pants. I actually had to take my belt in another notch. Not that is progress. And,,,,it was the last notch so I have to go shopping to get a smaller belt and a smaller size pair of pants.
Weight loss has the most amazing effect of us, doesn't it!!!!

I wanted to share my motivational thought for this morning. I hope everyone has a chance to read it. It goes like this..... "Every single human being is meant to be in joy. It is our natural state, and we know it, because when we feel negative emotions we feel terrible. We want to be happy. And the biggest thing to realize is that happiness is a choice, because it is a feeling generated from the inside of us. We have to make a decision to be happy on the inside now, to magnetize a life of happiness on the outside."
