Not weighing in for a few days because I know I’m not going to like what I see. However, I have worked hard the last seven months and I’m going to enjoy a few indulgent days. I’ll still be mindful and reasonable and get in my workouts but I’m not going to be overly strict with the diet.

Me too, hun. I love my Christmas treats, but I wish they were gone. I've even thought of binging on them to make them disappear faster.

It’s frustrating to not be able to enjoy these special days/meals without feeling guilty and anxious about the weight gain. I was hoping I’d be able to allow myself to indulge without worry but that’s not happening. I probably won’t be comfortable or happy until I get back to where I was.

I ended up sticking the rest of the treats in the freezer. Personally I wanted to bin them, but hubby talked me into freezing them.

I'm feeling the same, but having **some** and not **ALL** of the treats is my goal... and I'm up 2 lbs but not 10!

I got a rude awakening when I stepped on my scale 3 days ago. Have really been eating healthy since so I will weigh myself Sunday. Been walking on my treadmill, not into the cold and snow right now to walk outside. Hopefully I’m down Sunday 🤞🏻

Same! i gained 3 lbs in a week eating whatever i wanted and not moving! ok...done now! Back to my reality..lose the 3 lbs! It took 1 1/2 months to lose 3 lbs and 1 week to gain it all back! Just doesnt seem fair! lol!
