Back into Induction full swing. Yesterday, I drank all my water, took my vitamins, exercised and ate well. Felt so good, but I was running to the bathroom all day, just like my first week on Induction. I guess that shows how lax I had gotten over the holidays and vacation with my water intake. Anyway, I'm still losing the extra (water) weight from vacation, and I got my yellow ticker back. :)
