haloo, aku mau nanya dong. kamu kalo aku liat mealnya clean banget dan kebanyakan kalorinya dikit itu udah memenuhi kebutuhan kalori harian kamu? aku makan kayak kamu juga clean gtu tapi susah bangett deh dipenuhinnya soalnya kalori sayuran kan dikit2, suka jd bingung nambahinnya gimana pdhl udh makan banyak banget:( thank u
