Well weighin didn't go great this morning but I expected it. Yesterday was a little tough, when I got home from work I was cooking and starving at the same time and I caved and had 2 cookies. I can't be perfect all the time. I'm not quitting though, I'm sticking with this. Last night my boyfriend and I took our rottweiler for a walk. I can tell he is maturing so much, he walked a lot better last night then he has. My boyfriend is a Godsent for training him so well. Once we got back from our walk I played Kinect Adventures for about a half hour 30 minutes. Getting exercise in makes all the difference on how I feel. Tonight I'm going to yoga with my girlfriend, I won't burn as many calories but it does feel so good for the body and soul. Day 2 here I come I hope you're ready for me :)
