Oh boy, it is the weekend and it is so hard not to want to overeat or eat unhealthy. I would love to be able to detox this weekend and get mind back focus.

I think the weekends are the hardest. I find when I'm bored or I'm just sitting around at home I naturally wonder into the kitchen to see what there is to do (eat). The trick for me for beating the weekends is getting out of the house as often as possible. Going to walk around the mall and window shop/people watch for a few hours. Dropping in on friends and staying far to long. That kind of thing. Keep it up. Stay strong!

If I wasn't doing the 16:8 Intermittent Fast I would be eating too but for some reason having that 8 hour window to eat and then NOTHING for 16 hours has kept me out of the kitchen searching for food. I am a tad hungry now. I will just keep busy and drink water. :)
