Sempet salah makan di bmr yg salah karena gak di update n gak olahraga selama seminggu naik 77,2. Abis itu makan di bmr yg benar n latihan beban turun lagi ke 76,2. Seneng bgt aku tuh. Olahraga jgn kasih kendor. Fokus fat loss, not weight loss 😁
