Well tonight is my last night of having 'cooked' foods... Attempting the 7 days raw foods and will try out 70% to 80% raw. Hoping it will go well and i will loose some weight. I will weigh tomorrow morning before starting the challenge and again next week. I am looking forward to see if it makes a difference to my skin as I have been having some problems with my face it is so oily causing pimples. I have worked I can still get all the calories in as long as I have protein at lunch and at supper. Also fruit juice is high in calories compared to normal fruit...

Have been feeling down all week and feel that this will help change all that especially if i start seeing some results.

I am sure you will feel the benefit honey. I have been doing it for almost two weeks now and I feel really good. I lost quite a bit at the start - but I reckon this will even out. My skin is clearer too. I hope you enjoy this , good luck xx
