guys I've not been on here in ages. I'm scared to weigh myself. I eat like a pig now, ever since I surpassed my goal ive been eating and eating and not weighing myself. it doesn't help the batteries in my scales has died either - so I keep putting it off. 🤕 feel so bleh

Yes unless you keep to your old regime this will happen that’s why people yo-yo because they reach their goal and they think that is the end but it’s not it’s just the beginning you can have more treats but you have to still work to put it right

Maintenance is hard! Get thoses new batteries and make a start. You will feel better if you do somting positive about it.
