Feeling a million times better after ditching the ridiculous 3 day military diet. The bonus is that it inspired me to cook some real and decent food for myself and my family. I am armed with my Eating Well magazine and my Eat Shrink and Be Merry Cookbook. Last night we had a delicious Sweet Potato Thai Soup and tonight I am making Chicken Tortilla Soup. We are all craving warm and cozy foods in this incredible cold snap. I have plenty of food to eat while keeping my calorie count low and not starving to death.
