Back on my journey. Keeping a positive attitude and going back to the Daily Burn workouts. Used weights with boxing moves and push ups in 10 minutes and burned 119 calories according to their monitor. Have to do something daily even if it's the mini workouts. Stayed true to my intake this week and only drinking water outside of my coffee in the morning.
