So here I am starting once again, because I got sick of counting calories and not having any fun and pigged out in the grandest of ways. So I gained even more weight. Hooray. It sucks that in order not to be a big fat slob I have to never eat or drink anything that I enjoy. To kick start my latest dieting effort I tried the Three Day Military Diet.
Mood on day 3: absolutely terrible
Will I do this again: No way
Have I lost weight? Not sure, I was too afraid to weigh myself before I started.
Biggest issue with this diet? Way too much Dairy. I will never eat vanilla ice cream or cottage cheese again. Also, hot dogs? YUCK
Seeing that I am in the homestretch of this ridiculous diet, maintaining a 1500 calorie a day diet is going to feel like a veritable smorgasbord of good food. I am looking forward to it tomorrow.
