I starting losing the stubborn weight when my journey started about 5months ago in a slow pace but past two months I gained 4 kgs.🙁

I have begun a stricter diet plan and I ensure I workout atleast 1hr for 5 days. Hope to see it coming down again soon.
62.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 9.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
