misal stuck coba aja diet break seminggu gitu makan di kalori maintance. terus back on track lagi. olaharaganya juga divariasi. misal bb udah turun dari sebelumnya hitung ulang bmrnya.

kalau pengalaman aku siih pas awal liat masi stuck stres bangettt wkwkwk, tapi besoknya aku jalanin terus polamakan dan olahraga aku kemaren dan ga tetlalu mikirin soal beratbadan
