Happy New Year! I've been MIA for the past six weeks ... caught the stomach flu for Thanksgiving (lovely) and then it was Christmas already (ate too many brownies!). So here we are on New Year's Day, and I'm back in the game. Made Paleo pancakes this morning ... yummy! About to make some serious scrambled eggs in a minute.
