Ini ga ada resepnya kok, cuma potong apel kecil2, trus tambah jelly (aku bikin sendiri pake nutrijell, gulanya diabetamil), campurin cimory squeeze ori, pake topping keju parut deh. Udah, simple kan? 😁

Kalo aku sih dari pas bikin diitung total kalorinya berapa, punyaku 50kal (jd 20 potong), berarti 2,5kal/potong, tadi aku pake 2 potong jd cuma 5kal, nah karena di fs inputnya cuma ada nutrijell powder yaudah pake itu aja tinggal diatur gramasinya jd 5kal, gitu 😁
