For me, every type of coffee except plain black/green coffee caused gaining weight. But☝🏼if your diet is balanced and daily calories intake is normal. Daily capuchino drink is ok. You can try drink chaai, milk, etc. in a day and decreasing gradually coffee drink. Because to regular coffee drinking makes skin aging sooner. Stay healthy🥰💕🙋🏽♀️
