For last week or so I have been eating way below my 'calorie allowance', and still haven't lost anything. I am not starving myself, I eat until I'm full. But on low carb diet I find it actually difficult to reach my daily calories goal. Unless I stuff myself with fat like butter or cheese. Could it be that I'm eating too much protein? Will investigate it.
