My weight loss journey seem really slow that I've been discouraged severally,but the thought that I'm losing weight even though slowly is what's still keeping me going. I've done interment fasting for a month now plus counting calories with this app,so far I've lost 2.5kg.I hope to continue with both methods and make it a life style , hopefully I'll attain my desired weight.
83.8 kg Lost so far: 7.2 kg.    Still to go: 13.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
