Yesterday was tough in the respect that I felt the sugar withdrawal. Fortunatly it wasn't as bad as expected. The mouth/head hunger and I was able to resist it to some extent. The one time I didn't was at about 8pm. I was full from dinner, but I decided that I had the calorie allotment so I should use it. Not true! I need to learn that I eat from physical need only. I ate the popcorn I decided on but then I wanted something sweet. I thought about a few gingersnaps or a protein bar. I finally decided to ignore that impulse and went to bed a little later. Victory in wise eating, there. Today continues the challenge it is 11:30am and I have done very well, just a little low on fluids. Will get there!
