Hey dear if it’s too much take a video doctor consultation. Sometimes it does pain after heavy weight training but if it’s due to poor posture then it may have some pain. Better to be safe than sorry 😐

For instant pain relief try hot bag and the cold patch. Fill water in a bottle and chill it in the freezer. Alternate between hot and cold patch every 20-30 mins. This should help

Hi, first of all this is natural, so don't worry it happens to everyone, keep doing it but in a correct form or under guidence of your trainer, you'll become strong and that pain will become normal for you to bare it.. Thanks

for me, cold patch+ pineapple 🍍+fish 🐟+vitamine-A works. plus, for me hot water just worst and longer my pains.

you should have good amount of rest! and you can also use hot water bag for pain relief! it helps everytime! 🌻 stretch a lil! and if the pain becomes unbearable ,then you should consult your doctor right away! have a good day🌸
