dulu jg sy debm kak, tp skrg udah ga coz lbh nyaman diet defisit kalori, apa aj blh mkn asal ingat porsi n kaloriny, klo menurut sy debm bnyk mknan yg ga sesuai dg standar kesehatan meskipun pilihan ya, ditambah sekaliny mkn nasi seminggu BB langsung melonjak naik...
