Ini resepnya gampil bgt. Dada 180gr, sisihkan potong butterfly biar ga tebel2 amat. Buat utk bahan marinasi: yoghurt plain lowfatt 20gr, bawang putih dan merah yg uda d ulek, garam, merica, biar lebih saya tambahin totole sedikit. Roawmary secukupnya. Tambah madu 3ml. Aduk rata. Olesi bahan marinasi ke daging ayam. Biarkan min 2jam. Abis itu tinggal d baked d oven, sblm d baked taro jamur enoki 1bgks dibawah daging ayam. Suhu 180°C selama 40m-1jam, jgn lupa tutup atasnya pk alumunium foil. Total 335cal termasuk nasi 50gr, yoghurt bikin ayamnya lebih juicy. Jd ga seret2 amat pas mau nelen. selamat mencoba =)
