I have been so busy lately that I havent been able to prepare and plan my meals and keep track on my calories. I havent workout since last Saturday and I feel guilty about it. Wanted to go yesterday to the gym but my sinus started bothering me pretty bad yesterday morning and I felt like crap, I got ready and all to go to the gym after work when I got home but just couldn't make it through out the door. Today I am feeling Blahhhh!!! as well and I dont think I am going to workout. I am hoping to feel better tomorrow, it looks like we will be around 46 degrees and sunny...thats a weather condition I can handle pretty well to go out and ride my bike. If so.. I will be out on my bike for at least 2 hours. WIll be doing at least 25 miles. I need it! I wont weigh in until the day after New Years. Hope everyone had a Great Christmas!!!
