Okay tbvh I need a workout/fitness buddy 🙁...losing weight is a thing but maintaining it is hard asf

very true... I've been on and off fitness plans for 10 years. till I told myself that 2020 is the year I lose weight no matter what. you just need to make it fun. I make healthy pastries for myself because I snack a lot. and I do intermittent fasting. so far it's been great. lost 9.5kg

very true. .. incorporate fun workouts, check out project body fitness on you tube, its 30 minutes low impact workouts (everything is done standing), eradicate the use of excess oil while cooking, I've lost 12kg now, it wasnt easy in the beginning but it's getting easy now. Also I do Intermittent fasting too. 16-8 or 18-6 depending on the day
