Feeling a little guilty I did not eat the healthiest dinner tonight. It was the first night I was able to enjoy eating dinner with hubby in about 3 months due to his work schedule. sometimes being your own boss can have its draw backs :(

Don't feel guilty. I hope you enjoyed the dinner. It sounds like there are plenty of other times you can cut back. I used to feel guilty too, but we shouldn't feel guilty for enjoying something as nice as a dinner with our husbands.

@skwhite, your are so right the more I thought about it last night it actually felt pretty good to eat a good meal. I have been doing so good on my diet. :)
