I decided to start using a protein powder just to raise protein intake, been staying at less that 70g each day. Was starting to look just a little too skinny (141 lbs). Currently I'm having a resting day every next day, actually feeling better for workouts. Currently at 145 lbs.
Totally learned a lesson from this.
By the way, we had 2 hurricanes hitting this past 2 weeks on Honduras, and thankfully the areas where me and family are weren't affected.
