Hey @simwadhwaa, first of all you have estimate your maintenance RDI. Accordingly , you can alter your calories intake. Having low calorie weekdays and one cheat day is the most appropriate thing to control your diet. Also, as you are a teenager, it's important for you to have healthy and full meals, as to not hamper your growth. As per my opinion, you should focus more on exercises than lowering your calories. It will help you to reduce your weight and the same time will boost up your metabolism.
I have gone through the same thing over the past. I have been very overweight throughout my growing years. Controlling the food you eat sometimes becomes difficult as our parents don't let us reduce our intake😜. So to compensate it, you can workout. Do yoga, cardio, cycling, whatever you enjoy. Just take this as a long term goal. All the beat🙂👍🏻

Well it's both good and bad.. What you're referring to is also termed as a zig zag diet, which is basically shuffling your calorie intake avg in a month. Pros - it restricts your body from getting used to a certain amount of calories a day.. Cons - you need to be careful of not just the number but also the quality of calories... Dabaoing samosas will not help at all :) Hope you get the idea... All the best.

Walking is good, but the intensity should be high enough to burn calories. You should not be able to talk in long sentences, this is how you will burn calories for weight loss. Also, doing a 15 Minutes high intensity short workout will help you to tone your muscles while shedding those extra pounds.👍🏻👍🏻

As per my opinion go for high protein and low carbs diet, our body needs approx 0.8 gm protein per kg or else we also loose muscle with body weight. go online search the right macro nutrition qty for your weight and make meal plan accordingly.or watch guru Mann channel. it will also help you. If you don't have any madical problem than you can follow this diet and eat healthy means don't eat junk foods and count it in calories.
