Refocus Bootcamp- Week One Journal
It took some remembering but I think I've got everything I ate recorded. I need to get another little notebook, my last one is full! With my swimming and walk yesterday I've already got my exercise min done so now to just keep it up! I've had a hard time with the sugar thing, but I think I've destroyed most of the xmas chocolate stashes so hopefully I won't have any more slip ups. I've got a bunch of challenges going on right now and I'm hoping that with 3 at once I'll be able to keep to my goals. It's all about staying motivated!
