I am happy to have reached my 40 lb goal, but I did not not think that it would be this difficult to lose the last 2 pounds. I should not complain, at least I am not gaining. This last two pounds will keep me focused throughout the holidays. After the 2 pounds, I than must focus on not regaining the weight. This site is very helpful, it keeps me honest!
