need to cut back on fat...too much almond butter, avocados, walnuts in one day. i am gaining fat...not necessarily pounds just loose fat. ugh. looked at eat clean diet and need to get backon track. 2-3 fat daily not 5-6 like i am dong; i thought i had to eat fat at every meal...doh! so frustrating.
