I woke up late this morning , took a pill last night for my sinus and that knocked me out. barely had a chance to take a quick shower this morning and grabbed what I could from the fridge (some cheese sticks, cottage cheesse, yogurt and instant oatmeal ) so I can have something in my stomach for breakfast but I dont know if I am gonna eat it all. Fortunalety I made it just in time to work , but now I am gonna have to buy lunch. I was so exhausted yesterday from work and my workout and my sinus, that I didn't prepare my lunch for today. I even forgot to bring my water bottle that can hold 32oz so I dont have to get up to get water all the time. Oh well...lets see If I can get someone to bring me some home made healthy food for lunch.
