JAM507's Journal, 12 Dec 13

I got caught up with chores at home last night and couldn't make it to the gym so when I finished I just got on one of my bikes which is placed on a indoor trainer and did 20 minutes of bicycling at a moderate pace and about 15 minutes of upper body strength workout with some dumbells I have at home. Today I have my indoor cycling class and I am not missing it even if it gets below 0 degrees.Hopefully tomorrow I will make it to the Gym. I have an indoor class on Saturday mornings that last 2 hours with core training incorporated to the class, but Friday night its going to snow considerably so I am sooo tempted to go mountain biking in the morning instead of going to the class or maybe do both. I am dying to go mountain biking in the snow for the very first time. I am feeling great!

I would definitely go mountain biking in the morning. Then you can decide if you want to go to the one in the evening. Good luck with whatever you choose!

Oh yeah!...my only concern it would be getting out of bed before 7:00 on a Saturday..lol.. I am usually awake before 7:00 a.m. regardless and even Ig I go to bed very late, but I stay in bed like until around 8:15 trying to get some rest I don't get through the week. Plus I gotta drive about 25 minutes to get to the mountain bike Trail. I know..it is not an excuse. But I promised my boys to take them to the movies Friday night and I know we will be home a bit late :(
